One of my customers uses American Presence's Fax product (the old OMTOOL).
It was at that time the only integrated Fax product.  They fax Invoices,
ASN's, PO's, spool files, etc.  The Customer and Vendor Master have the
integration built in by MAPICS.  I will say, however, that it is a little
dated - reprints do not allow attaching of "fax comments" or notes.  You
should be able to output the doc to a specific outq that can do what you
need...
