We scan and record the Serial Number of >90% of what goes out of our door. We have a Five year warranty on almost all, then a three year on the rest. This info is picked up from the Item Master at shipping time (also whether or not "Serial Number Required" is checked. I honestly don't know how we would handle this manually... Lloyd H. Degnon I.S.
