using order policy code B

Again some questions in using Order policy Code B.
auto release code = 1 (auto release requisition)

available= 39
on-hand = 53
so: allocated= 14

order point = 100

(so in my point of view there should be a requisition)

Then I run the Reorder Report in Inventory Management:

the print parameters have been set on 1;
auto release of requisition = 1
auto release of P.O= 1

After running the Reorder Report in Inventory Management, I see no Requistions 
or Purchase Orders. 

Although the print parameters have been set on 1, my printer isn't printing, 
there are even no print jobs.
