using order policy code B

Objective is to manage our raw material by using order policy code B (order up 
to quantity) instead of using MRP.

I've been running the 'reorder report' and although the Purchase Auto Release 
Code is set on 'release P.O. and requisition', I did not notice a 'requisition' 
in our purchasing environment. How/where can a see the results of my reorder 
report?
