Com_Net2 Email Confirmation

Hello,

Is anyone out there using email confirmation for Com_Net2 orders and quotes?
The instructions in the manual are extremely cryptic as how to set up the
COMNet.ini file:

e.g. E-mail order confirmation is set via the COMNet.ini file located in
/Cnet2/webapps/COM_Net2. The keyword is as follow:
MailHost=<mail server>
In addition to the COMNet.ini file being defined...

I've tried numerous combinations trying to 'define' the ini file but can't
quite find the perfect fit. Any help would be appreciated.
