My opinion is that you must do a research from the bottom up (obviously, if that has not been done). What I mean is to do something like this, so you do not have data integrity problems later: a) Delete *ALL requirements b) Delete *ALL customer orders c) Delete *ALL purchase orders d) Delete *ALL manufacturing orders I agree with Greg that you may want to leave the PDM records for future reference but if you want to take them off, then: a) Delete *ALL product structures b) Delete *ALL routings c) Delete *ALL item balances I have the impression that you want to leave the item master records so let it be.
