We opened several tickets last week and have had response.  One day all the
support techs were in a "meeting" and response was delayed about a day.

Has anyone else fallen victim to MAPICS support of late?  I had not needed
to use them for a couple of months now, (thanks to the wonderful members
of this list!) but submitted a couple of items last week and have not got
any response back yet!  I checked on the web, and they are still sitting
out there, are we in deep doodoo here???
