I am not sure of the program name, but this is part of the IFM entity create
process.  If you do not use IFM then this is done through COM.

Does anyone know what program writes the Customer Master record when doing 
an Add?  We are running version 6 of Mapics.  We need to populate one of 
the user-defined fields when adding a customer, but can't find the program 
that does the write.
