RE: MAPICS - command line access

Hi Keith,

You could probably guess that we have not yet done that.   It is clear that
only a couple of key people should be able to PWRDWNSYS.   But isn't this
task of granting specific authority to commands an overwhelming choir.
There must be 1000+ commands; which should be secured?

Is there a simple way of doing this?

Hello list,

I'd like to know your thoughts about letting MAPICS users use the command
line.   Our people like to be able to change apps by typing the 2 or 3
letter code.   But from the command line they can do lots of other things
which would cause an auditor to get excited.

Any suggestions on how to minimize risk here?
