MAPICS - saving and deleting an environment

I think I know how to do this but just want to be sure.

We have 2 old environments (AB and AC) which were copied from our production
environment (AA) when our company was purchased about 3 years ago.  AB was
frozen and used only to look up info from the old company.  AC continued to
be used for several months for a division of the company that was sold off
to someone else.

We now want to save and delete them both.   I'm now doing MAPICS saves of AB
and AC files.  I plan to do a backup of programs too.   

Are these 3 tapes sufficient to recreate these environments sometime in the
future or are there some missing pieces that I should also save?
