Discussion on Applying PTFs

Applying fixes I thought was easy and clean. After down loading, apply to a
testPTF library and test the fix. Apply permanently later.  If the fix blew
up, remove it from the testptf library. This could be done anytime and a
dedicated system was not required.

I quess this has all changed.

Now we have to apply to the testptf library but immediately apply
permanently or errors could occur.

Everything happens under the covers now. and of course you need a dedicated
system to apply permanently.

We no longer have the capability to test a fix before permanently applying.

This stinks and someone will get burned, do we trust MAPICS 100%.
