We have this happen from time to time--someone has gone in to the order 
via
maintenance and not exited correctly.  You can just delete the order--all
the line item shipments have gone to history.

Sometimes orders get into status 00 and I have not yet been able to figure
out how (I know it is probably some sort of "pilot error").  These orders
appear to be shipped/invoiced complete and do not have any backorders. Any
ideas...
