We usually see these when someone does not press F2 to end the order, but
that is on the open order side.

To the list,
Sometimes orders get into status 00 and I have not yet been able to figure
out how (I know it is probably some sort of "pilot error").  These orders
appear to be shipped/invoiced complete and do not have any backorders.  Any
ideas...
