What is the logic MRP uses to populate the "Priority Code" field
in the Requisition file for auto-released requisitions? Most of them seem to
be
a "2".

The requisitions generated using the Reorder Report always had a priority
code
of "0".

I checked the CAS file layout report.  It simply says that it is a user
assigned code.
