Yep, Robot can handle everything we've needed in MAPICS for automation
(doesn't mean there isn't something we haven't encountered!).  I don't know
the price today - we've had it for quite a few years.  I'd go to
www.helpsystems.com to get more current information.

Can Robot handle pretty much any automation? Have you found any
limitations? What is the approximate cost?
