Inapwxt on receipt is controlled by Item and is set on the item revision
master.  The purchasing application supports receiving routing.  These can
be used when you have special inspection processes or if you need to
disassemble or reassemble a purchased item before it is placed into the
inventory.

Can you change the flag in your controlled warehouse to not be inspect on
receipt, but add a routing for inspection on POs with parts having this
requirement?  Just a thought...
