The only way to make this work is to have your warehouse defined a
"Controlled" in MAPICS.  You say that you issue from a stockroom, is this a
MAPICS controlled warehouse?  The QC location is MAPICS is QC01 not ST01.
The QC function in IM works very well if setup correctly.

Do any of you require receiving inspection and need to issue to an
uncontrolled warehouse. Since these types of items (flagged - Inspection
upon Receipt & use RI - "PO receipt to inspection") are not allowed into an
uncontrolled warehouse (ST01), how do you do it/work around it?

Back flush is not an option - We transfer/issue items from our stockroom
(controlled) to MOs/WIP (uncontrolled) via an offline process. Items need to
be visible in location (ST01).
