If you set field BSTAT to a 'C' in file AMTLIB?/INTRNC if BSTAT is an 'A or S' and then call the command PRTIMTXR PROMPT(*NO) you should resolve the problem. This process can be wrapped neat;ly in an CL and executed as a pre MAPICS backup routine. -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx on behalf of Ritsema, Doug B Sent: Tue 9/7/2004 11:49 AM To: 'MAPICS ERP System Discussion' Cc: Subject: RE: IM batches left open/suspended Are you tailored for Immediate update? What is causing the batches to be suspended/left active? I wrote a little program that changes the batch status in INTRNC/AMTLIBX to closed. I think there is something in the achieves on how to run the batch update as a pre-backup command.
