Teresa, You mentioned retyping the pick list onto pre-printed forms. A possible way of automating this is to process the pick list with our electronic forms solution, JacanaForms, and eliminate the manual labor. JacanaForms allows you to create the exact form design that you need (to match the pre-printed Certificate of Origin), and can reformat the layout of the pick list to fit the design of the form. Through it's scripting capabilities, JacanaForms can automatically print just the pick list or both the pick list and the Certificate of Origin - based on something as simple as the shipping address. The forms are printed to standard laser printers and use plain paper so both can be printed together without dedicating a printer solely for special forms. Not to mention the cost savings over purchasing pre-printed stock. Momentum Utilities is the developer of JacanaForms. We have to manually retype the pick list. We buy pre-printed forms. -----Original Message----- From: sjones@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:sjones@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, August 24, 2004 1:56 PM To: MAPICS ERP System Discussion Subject: Re: US Certificate of Origin Do you mean adding this type of verbiage on the pro-forma invoice?
