I am not sure what you mean by Certificate of Origin - do you mean Country of Origin? All other documentation is being handled by Logistics Pro from Manhattan Associates. One of my customers is getting ready to go through this process. We currently are printing 4 copies of the invoice when the Export Flag is equal to a "Y". The forms software we are using is handling this by printing the Original Invoice, Export Copy 1, Export Copy 2 and Export Copy 3. On the line item level, I plan to (but have not yet coded) add line item comments for any non-USA shipments, the following verbage: Country of Origin: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (country name). The Process Shipments or Shipment Items user exits can be used. Make sure you put records in the file that dictates which documents to print these comments. Eric A.
