That is really interesting... You have any links to documentation that
states that? We were lead to believe that we could install the HMC at any
time.

Steve,
the "recommendation" is NEVER to plug in/turn on the 400 before the HMC is
up and config'ed or it's major league pains for some unfortunate
sysadmins....you thought mapics-I was a challenge....:)
