We haven't gone to R7, quite yet. We have it installed along side R5 with all the current PCMs, we duplicated the production R5 environment and ran a test migration to R7 without any problems. Presently we are waiting on the Upgrade Assistant program from CISTech to start working on getting the modified programs ready for R7. -Jimmy -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Teresa Biby Sent: Wednesday, August 25, 2004 9:14 AM To: 'MAPICS ERP System Discussion' Subject: RE: Wow! Did you take the plunge and go to Rel 7 also? We expect our 520 sometime next week--still gun shy on going to Rel 7. Anyone else gone to Rel 7? Anyhow, wanted to know what other people thought of the changes in new O/S V5R3? Lloyd H. Degnon I.S.
