Dale,
I couldn't find anything that suited me and met all my requirements at the
time (5 years ago), we wrote our own. I'm still not too impressed with all
that's out there, although the new SyteLine module comes closer than most
that I looked at.
But we have some very industry-specific requirements that really muddies
the water, in fairness to the solution providers.

We are considering implementing a field service/warranty claims
solution. The MAPICS Field Service Management solution comes with a
boatload of pre-requisites ($$) that we don't have so it isn't on the
A-list.
Does anyone have input regarding other solutions to consider?
WC Fields?
Others?
Thanks in advance,
Dale Walker
