Gary I do have the "First Operation Where Used" on the component in the routing. Yet it seams to make no different. Code each component with the routing operation sequence number of where the material will be used. Use this to help dispatch the Material. The pick list can be printed by operation sequence number. I know this is a basic question, but I am perplexed. How do you get the materials for a MO to be scheduled so that when the operation steps is scheduled to start, the need materials are due? Right now, If I cut a MO today and a due date a couple of months out, all the materials are required today, when I don't need the materials until the operations are due to start. Which module will schedule materials to coincide with the operations schedule?
