John: I don't think every user-exit that is called when entering an order interactively is called when using offline-load. Example UMBCOH2R & UMBCOH3R I don't think are called via offline-load. We automatically process our offline-loads so that we don't have to have someone do it manually. We had to create some programs to do the things we are doing in UMBCOH2R & UMBCHO3R to be called during the offline-load process. Everything is in the system at that point, but you can maintain it before anyone can get their grubby little fingers on the order. Do the same ones execute as when a COM order is entered interactively? We are using Rel. 6 COM.
