Sorry but I don't.....

The length of the field is (2)...There is a buyer id in BUYERF, but it is (3
Char).
The standard operator id in MAPICS user profile is also (3 Char). I would
present the question to MAPICS support, I think it could be resolve your issue.

That is absolutely correct that Price changes makes
        comment and thus
enabling us to have Price change log using PO comment
        file i.e. POCOMT.
But it does not tell us who has made the changes.

Subject: Change Log of unit price changes of Purchase
        orders

We are on MAPICS XA R6. We have issues regarding Unit
        prices are being
changes of Purchase orders already raised and send to
        vendors. In Mapics
we have two ways to look the changes on PO

                         a) Through Purchase Order Activity : Using this we can
        see the quantity
changes and date changes applied on Purchase order
since
        it raised but no
unit price changes is being tracked. It is being logged
        for the changes
made through green screen as well as Mapics browser.

                         b) PO changes from Mapics browser : It keeps log for
        every single change
on PO provided changes has been made through Browser
        only.

So If we change unit price from green screen we do not
        have any Mapics Log

for the same. Can any body in the list has any clue if
        MAPICS can do this
? Also if we put a trigger on purchase order file it
        would definitely
serve the purpose but un necessarily slow the system.
Any
        other ideas on
                         this ?

                         Thanks and Regards,
