Most of the places that I worked did not like the maintenance logging for
the extra time it takes to prompt the field and move on.  Most times I have
seen the user pick the first reason code and not care to select the proper
reason.

If the customer wanted to track the reasons for deleting and/or maintaining
orders, then this function is a lost cause.
