Greg, Once the order is deleted, it is gone. What I have done at one of my customers (and what one of my other customers has done on their own) is create an "audit trail" of all activity on the order files. Using user exits, they know when it was created, when someone attempts to delete either an individual line or the entire order, if specific fields were overridden, when it was shipped and invoiced. This database is used constantly and gives their user one place to go to find everything that happened to an order.
