Did you download the latest greatest of the PTF and made sure you had you library list was set-up. We are at rel- 6 with concurrent users. The PTF is SH14672 there is another one I believe it is SH14673 for the non-con-concurrent users? You will need to read cover letters to be sure. We have been running this for over 8 months and have had no problems. If I do a work licensed info & select MAPICS XA Registered using option 8, I see users who are not currently logged into MAPICS, should this program remove them from this listing or does this do something different? HOPE THIS HELPS Vince Oney vince.oney@xxxxxxxxx -----Original Message----- From: IWilson@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:IWilson@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, May 10, 2004 5:34 AM To: mapics-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Clearing Licenced Users Can anyone please help Our licenceing is done on a named users basis ie when we have the full quota of named users registerd then no-one else can log in. However, we have a large turnover of Temporary staff and when they leave we then need to clear out the users licence. This is a pain in the rear end as it is done manually. Is there any way that this can be done automatically through Mapics/Via A Mapics API ????
