You're right about the abends.

We need to clean them up manually.

What important is that is doesn't interfere with the backup process.

Users are trained and are responsible that they end Mapics correctly at the
end of the day.

We can't check during the unatend backup if there is an open Mapics session,
file maintenance or whatever.

We simply kill that user session.

IT is not responsible for lost of data if users leave there sessions open.

Luckily until now we never had problems with that.
