Shipto Master file question

To the list,
When did the Shipto Master file change to not having unique keys in the 
MBDERES0 and MBDERES1 files?  This means that we should be able to add a 
duplicate via outside processing (if someone were to try).

I tested the maintenance program and it does not allow it but it does through 
the back door.
