We have many customers that are using browser over a WAN connection. Unless
you have a pretty big pipe, the performance is pretty bad. We have implemented
CITRIX for these customers. This has the advantage of working over a WAN as
well as reducing the costs of adminsitering Browser and other applications.

        Good day,

We are in the process of consolidating a number of data centers and I am
concerned with possible performance issues with Browser over a WAN
connection because of its reliance on ODBC. Is anybody on the list
using
Browser in a WAN environment? If so, how would you rate the performance
and how much bandwidth is provided between the data center and remote
        site?

        Your input is appreciated,
        Marc Rohde
