COMMON used to do this, but lack of attendance caused many of these
companies to pull away from COMMON.

We worked very hard with MAPICS to come back to COMMON and they have
been coming sporadically, but they get absolutely no traffic or
attendance in their sessions to warrant the return. COMMON itself used
to drawn 5K people, now it is under 2K. Many vendors prefer to just
stick to their conferences or generic business conferences. They are
looking for leads.

It would be really nice someone would be able to do a COMMON'ish type
conference and then have enough time and space for a MAPICS, BPCS, etc.,
conference so that you could get BOTH the tech and the application
sessions at one place...kinda like JDE does....

Be nice if COMMON would do that...may even help thier attendance
numbers....but, then I could also win the lotto.... :)
