I assume you are getting 'new' applications by acquiring Essentials? That would explain the ILF. We went to user base pricing a few years ago, it'll be great when we get out next AS/400...provided we remain on that platform.....but that's another thread altogether.... I think when we went user based, we received 'credit' for the applications we had already purchased, but were then 're-billed' for the new applications that were considered part of 'Foundation'. It was very difficult to follow, as it was not a direct credit/rebill, as the application names were changed to protect the innocent! But no worries, it only took 18 months to get it all straightened out. I'm glad our affiliate stood by us. Push forward, I think you're on the right track going to Essentials and definitely worth the effort to figure out the financial details.
