I create cl's for all my customer's queries.  The cl retrieves the AMFLIBx
from the ZLIBL dataarea (for MAPICS files).  Since our custom file naming
convention is the same as MAPICS - ABCLIBx, I create a parm by appending the
ABCLIB + the file environment designation and use it for any custom files.

It is a little extra work but I know that I am getting the correct
environment files.
