Ann
There are a few manufactures of portable-pen tablet devices on the market
today. They are windows based systems and Client Access could be loaded
onto anyone of them. The problem is that to get the size that you are
looking for, you may end up with a large or heavy device. Check out some of
the data collection vendors like Intermec, Symbol, and Fujitsu to see if any
of these devices meet your size requirements. Another option would be to
look at a different way of connecting to your host for data and email by
using a wireless card in a PC.

Question: is there a small hand-held wireless device that we can load
Client Access on and access existing RPG programs from the iSeries? That we
could also get our Outlook email on? That also has a scanner function for
reading the MAPICS barcodes... Something that doesn't need special
programming, just load CA like we would on a desktop, just small and
wireless. (We already have some wireless areas in our shop)

Thanks,
Ann
