No one has jumped in so I'll offer this suggestion.

The bank probably has some very specific rules to enforce security.  Check
with them for the details.     Then I would scan the archives of the
MIDRANGE-L list for FTP automation.   That list has been over that subject
several times.    Last resort - contact me off list.  I'll share my FTP
stuff.
