Invoice header is MBF9REP and contains the invoice total amount that will go to AR. Special charge history is MBF9CPP which contains detail of line item special charges and amounts which would be contained in the invoice total. Special charges might encompass more than freight - so you must know the special charge codes defined for freight at your company. Dee A. Sondergard Information Systems International, Inc. Does anyone have strong feelings about any particular brands? We use Telxon hand held & forklift scanners and Zebra & Intermec printers now. The Zebra's are old and getting touchy. CFO frowns on maintenance contracts so we need something that can take a beating and keep on ticking. This hasn't been a good week for me. Sunday we did not get a back up because I did not initialize the second tape. Monday we did not get a full back up because the system was looking for a third tape! Again last night, no back up because second tape was not initialized (intentionally) and the reply list entry did not work.
