Dale, We were a WcFields user and elected to start over and write our own package. We found it very difficult and time consuming to enter warranty claims not to mention support being depleted after a key defection in their ranks. Depending on your needs and ability to program I would either recommend a custom solution or with deep pockets look at the MAPICS solution which has become available. I do know that MAPICS looked at WcFields here and elected to go their own way. Feel free to write me offline about any details if you like. I am somewhat familiar with WC Fields but have no first hand experience with it. Are any of you using it? Other solutions? Purchased? Custom? TIA Dale.
