Dale, We didn't like what was out on the market when we implemented an automated Warranty Return system - nothing fit our business requirements (some stuff just get's credited, some must be returned and destroyed, some must be returned and reworked and restocked, some must be returned to us and forwarded to a vendor, and some must be returned and inspected and then we debit the vendor). However, at the MAPICS User Conference, I saw a pretty neat demo of some of the new stuff that MAPICS is getting as a result of their recent acquisition, and I will be looking at their new field service module sometime next year. You may want to check that out. Dale Gindlesperger IT Manager/Special Projects Leader Fleetwood Folding Trailers, Inc. I am somewhat familiar with WC Fields but have no first hand experience with it. Are any of you using it? Other solutions? Purchased? Custom? TIA Dale.
