There are probably a dozen more depending on your Apps.   Try Cross Apps
Reports - Fields/Files where used.  It does a pretty good job at listing the
files.   

Some files you may have: ITEMSM,  ITEMSA,  MTHACTY,  POHISTI, .... more

I would not recommend writing directly to MAPICS production files -- use
offline load maintenance.
