I know shipment date calculation has been discussed before but I am not sure if
this is the same problem. Here is the scenario with the same customer and lead
times:
                                Order#1 Order#2
Order Entered date: 07/07/03 06/10/03
Order Request date: 07/13/03 06/17/03
Order Promise date: 07/13/03 06/17/03
Order Mfg. date: 07/10/03 06/13/03
Lead time: 04 04
Shipment date: 07/07/03 06/16/03
Shipment created: 07/10/03 06/16/03

None of the dates were changed so the "latest" dates were equal to the
"original" dates. Plus, all Create dates on Invoice Header, Shipment Header,
Shipment Details and Order History show records created on 07/10/03 but the
Shipment Date on the MBDHREP, the printed Invoice and faxed ASN show 07/07/03
(incorrect for Order#1) and 06/16/03 (correct for Order#2). How come one order
is the actual date and the other is not?

If the calculation were using the lead time, wouldn't the Shipment date be
07/10/03? I may end up modifying the Shipment process to put the actual date
of Shipment (which is what it should do anyway)?

Any ideas as to what happened?

TIA...
Eric
