Mike have you checked to see who or what has a lock on the file and record? If 
the user exits browser will it continue to run?

recommendations in the Browser, MOROUT doesn't get populated with the
routing operations and I get transaction status messages such as "Unable
to allocate M077470 data resource" and "Data in use by user 
job 508247, job name - QZDASOINIT". The odd thing about it is that this
user/job is the one trying to create the MO. It's almost as if the job
is stepping on itself. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
