With the new 'Integrated' Outside Operation enhancement we receive the purchased service item (non-inventory) and it updates the 'real' item in the mfg order. The return to vendor for quality issue will happen with this purchased service item. We are entertaining the idea of a negative RP which we use now only for keying error corrections. But we want to ensure trace-ability for all departments. We are still reworking our whole outside service process to work into the new enhancement - shipping the components out, receiving inspection and returns. Bonnie Lokenvitz
