Lessons learned during new implementations?...quaaludes Geoff...lots and lots of quaaludes. Actually, with new installs you generally have the luxury to run in test/parallel mode for as long as you need to. This greatly minimizes the overall risk and allows you time to change system functionality to match your business processes and/or change business processes to match the system.
