Lessons learned during new implementations?...quaaludes Geoff...lots and
lots of quaaludes.


Actually, with new installs you generally have the luxury to run in
test/parallel mode for as long as you need to.  This greatly minimizes
the overall risk and allows you time to change system functionality to
match your business processes and/or change business processes to match
the system.  Plan and execute as best you can and deal with the curve
balls as they are thrown your way once you go live.  Good luck and keep
us posted.
