Chris, I think I could accomplish wh= at you're after by simulating what the client architecture expects. T= he string instruction that the client generates in TRNDTA. If yo= u could create a similar instruction, based on the first one, then you coul= d call the MAPICS Broker to process your string. This would be = a bit complicated, and it's not for the faint of heart. However= , IF (AND I MEAN IF) you strictly follow the architecture, this shoul= d be doable, and portable across releases (like the rest of the architectur= e).
