Shop Moves

For Data Collection practices at our facility, the person who completes an 
Operation Moves it to the next Operation.

I've been thinking about automatically creating the Move when they clock 
an Operation as Complete.

It seems like a hassle to have to enter the Quantity again when doing the 
Move, especially since they entered it moments ago.

If we trust the employee to Close the Operation, we should be able to 
automatically create the Move based upon that transaction.

Any thoughts on this, or have I missed an obvious condition or gotcha?
