I recommend to delete your logicals and after the upgrade, recreate them
again. Changes in record formats and field attributes will not be collected
until then. Besides, unpleasant surprises may arise if there are logical
files with conflicting names.

Is better to react and fix your inhouse systems than take the risk to have a
whole weekend, or even more, in trying to resolve a potential issue like
that.

(This is IMHO)

PD.  We are going to PTF 4140 on May 4th (God's willing, praying, crossing
our fingers, etc.)
