To all,

I need to "groom" our IMHIST file, but management doesn't want me wholesale
deleting all transactions more than 18 or 24 months old. So I'm considering
deleting all the CU transactions. I know a CU transaction would show
standard unit cost fluxuation over time (which would be 99% raw material
cost fluxuations), but as far as I know, no one here is looking at this kind
of history at all.

Is there anyone who can tell me why deleting the CU transactions might be a
bad idea? Or should I go for it?

         As always - Thanks, Joan
