Print Screens in Client Access

All-

 

I haven't looked into this too much, but anyone have an idea why when
doing a print screen using the print-screen icon on a standard client
access menu to a local network printer (not necessarily an AS/400
printer), some users get a funky hard to read font, instead of something
easy to read like courier?
